Request a copy of your data
Under UK GDPR you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can request it from inside the app.
How to request your data
1. Open the My-Prompt app and log in.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to the Privacy & Data section.
4. Tap Request My Data.
5. Confirm your request.
You'll receive an email confirming your request, and a complete copy of your data within 30 days.
What's included
Your data export includes: account information (name, email, university), goals, steps and completion history, points, rewards and achievements, study sets and learning progress, app preferences and notification settings, and payment information (where applicable).
