My-Prompt is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Account information: name, email, university or workplace (where relevant). Content you create in the app: goals, notes, flashcards, journal entries. Usage data needed to run the service and improve it.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, personalise your experience and support you through coaching. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. Email admin@myprompt.org to exercise these rights.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal obligations.
